Electoral results
This page is intended for the results of Candeia’s internal elections. It must distinguish preliminary counting, audit and the certified result; no actual electoral result is currently published. Counting takes place within the electoral process and certification belongs to the National Electoral Commission.

In brief
For the citizen, what matters is knowing who is ahead, the legal status of that figure and what evidence supports its publication.
How the Constitution structures this subject
Information not yet certified
An automatic or partial calculation does not acquire legal status merely because it appears in an interface.
Evidence examined
An audit may confirm the result or identify an anomaly, but it does not declare a winner.
Act of the competent authority
Only a collegiate decision of the Commission produces administrative certification of a Candeia result.
Contingency before certainty
If a failure could alter the result, certification must wait for the necessary restorative measure and review.
How it works
Calculate under the official rule.
Examine integrity, reconciliation and anomalies.
Deliberate collegially on the validity of the result.
Display status, evidence and the certifying act in a verifiable form.
Limits and safeguards
- No number, winner or turnout is invented on this page.
- A partial result capable of influencing a voter who is still able to vote must not be disclosed before all valid channels have closed.
- The interface must clearly identify whether the result is preliminary, audited or certified.
