Candeia is a persistent online system where work, business, property, community and institutions connect — and you take part as yourself, not as a character. It is currently in pre-alpha, with some areas already navigable and others still under construction.
Candeia exists to bring work, production, business, property, community and institutions into the same digital life.
Candeia is not role-play: you act as yourself. Work, business, property and participation can intersect without requiring a fixed role or permanent profession.
You may arrive knowing how to teach, repair, design, program, transport or organise. Start by solving a real problem well for someone.
You decide whether to remain independent, specialise or turn your work into a business.
A queue, a high cost, a poor delivery, a community without a service: a need is the beginning of a solution. Test, improve, find demand and take on more responsibility if it makes sense.
Scale comes after usefulness — not before.
Candeia’s vision is to enable relationships, spaces, property, collaboration and participation as these functions are implemented.
Belonging means having room to contribute and reasons to keep coming back.
You can combine areas, change direction and adjust the scale of what you do. Capability, need and trust can take you to places you did not plan for on your first day.
An economy gains depth when activities depend on one another. Production requires inputs; movement requires infrastructure; growth requires people, contracts, capital, property, management and buyers. It is in these dependencies between capabilities that new problems — and new spaces for solving them — emerge.
Space, capacity, inputs and maintenance begin to matter when an operation stops being improvised and needs to work well every day.
Goods, equipment and people need to arrive predictably — creating demand for routes, inventory, transport, maintenance and coordination.
Businesses and people begin to need those who can organise, design, communicate, analyse, advocate, automate, teach and maintain operations.
An operation seeking to expand capacity may need resources, assessment, governance and financial discipline — with no guarantee of return.
Supply needs to meet a buyer, price, contract, payment, delivery and trust. Each connection adds work to the system.
For anyone thinking about building an economic operation in Candeia, the starting point is usefulness and risk. The long-term ambition is to enable a lawful bridge to real-world value if technically and legally viable — without promising income, withdrawal, liquidity or return.
Identity, property, agreements and decisions need to remain verifiable even when interfaces or providers change. Candeia’s proposal defines rules, competences and records for that continuity.
The proposed Constitution brings together Candeia’s intended architecture: rights, limits on power, separation of functions, Justice, property, public institutions and continuity. It describes what a future public structure may do — and what it must respect.
Digital identity, administration and technology do not replace dignity, privacy, due process, equality or ways to challenge a decision. Public architecture begins by defining what no operational convenience should override.
A trustworthy economy needs records that outlast the way they are displayed. Property, contracts, civil status, signatures, consent and evidence need rules of their own so they continue to make sense when a dispute arises.
Sistema Candeia may execute operations; that does not mean the technology holds the competence to authorise them. Government, Justice, independent authorities and technical infrastructure have distinct roles — and that separation creates room for review, accountability and continuity.
Rules, versions, acts, sources, data and corrections need to be findable and verifiable. Transparency here is not about the volume of information: it is about enabling a person to discover which source governs, what changed and where a decision can be challenged.
An account provides access. The CIC is an internal identity within the project. Account, identity and citizenship are distinct layers, and none automatically becomes another.
As the internal identity layer is activated, it may provide a common reference for relationships, records, economic activity and civil life — without turning every part of your life into a separate account.
Account and CIC have different functions. Citizenship depends on its own legal basis.
Candeia is currently in pre-alpha. In alpha, Candeia OS will be the main interface; World 3D comes later. Personal operations only proceed when available.
