Today we create, work, buy, socialise and participate across separate services. Candeia exists to explore an alternative: bringing creation, work, property, participation and lasting relationships into the same ecosystem, in a structured and persistent way. The pre-alpha tests that direction through verifiable pieces, without pretending the complete system already exists.
Candeia aims to let work, services, production, business and property have continuity within the same ecosystem. The real foundation of this version already documents those relationships, but it does not justify claiming that a complete economy, guaranteed income or external conversion exists today.
The model connects work, production, markets, contracts, logistics and property as related activities. The documentation distinguishes product design, constitutional proposal and operation that is actually available.

The long-term vision includes making a lawful and technically sustainable bridge into and out of real-world value possible. That depends on infrastructure, partners, rules and conditions that still need to exist; the bridge is not active today, and there is no promise of income, withdrawals or returns.

The Constitution that exists in the project is an internal, unpromulgated proposal: it describes rights, institutions, limits and self-government mechanisms that may organise the system once activated. Outside Candeia, the laws, contracts and jurisdictions applicable to each activity continue to apply.
The proposed order places human dignity and citizens above wealth, control of code, infrastructure or economic contribution.
Legislation, execution, jurisdiction, independent oversight and technical architecture are planned as distinct functions with their own competences.
The proposal itself distinguishes internal validity, technical integration and external effects, so that each function is presented only within the reach it actually has.
Candeia is still a pre-alpha. The best way to decide whether it is for you is to compare what you are looking for with the project’s actual stage.
At this stage, Candeia is an independent project led by its creator. That means real responsibility for development, direction and documentation — not an already activated public institution or political authority over future participants.
The constitutional institutions described on the portal are still proposals. Product and development decisions remain the creator’s responsibility while the pre-alpha is being built.
The proposal provides for technical architecture that can continue beyond any person, company, supplier or generation of technology, and limits the creator’s role so that it cannot become permanent control over citizens, elections, Justice, currency or public registers.
Today, Candeia is an independent project in the pre-Foundation stage, led by its creator. The pre-alpha access model is still being defined and there is no confirmed public price; this page therefore does not invent prices, promotions or availability.

Some parts are real and others remain incomplete. Bugs, interface failures and flows that do not yet work may appear during development and testing.

A bridge between internal activity and external value is a long-term ambition and depends on real technical, legal and operational viability, counterparties and settlement. There is no guaranteed income, withdrawal, liquidity or return.
The Constitution is still a proposal. Citizenship, self-government and internal institutional competences take effect only when the relevant stages are actually activated.
