Send only what is necessary
Use email for a non-public report: this page does not publish its contents, but ordinary email is not a specialised channel for secrets. Avoid attaching or writing data that is not necessary to understand the issue.
Security
Send a minimal description of the flaw by email, the affected page or screen and the observed impact. Do not publish or send an unnecessarily complete exploit, credentials, access codes or third-party data. This page does not promise a reward or bug bounty.
Identity and account
Never send a password, authenticator code or recovery code. Do not send a full identity document or selfie by email. If a future process requires this, use only an appropriate and confirmed channel. Email is for explaining the problem, not for replacing identity verification.
Payment
If you are referring to a real payment already made, provide only the account email, approximate date, a description and, when available, a non-sensitive transaction identifier. Never send a full card number, CVV, password, banking code or wallet credentials.
Error or bug
State the page or screen, the action performed, the observed result and what you expected to happen. Browser and device details can help when relevant. Do not send diagnostic files or screenshots containing sensitive data by default.
