The public portal, documentation, navigation and project explanations can be accessed now.
Where Candeia stands today.
An objective view of what already exists, what can be tested, what is being built and what still belongs to future stages — without treating a published page as proof that the corresponding operation is already active.
The state of the project, plainly
Candeia already has a navigable public layer and some testable experiences, but it is not yet a complete end-to-end system.
Account access, verification and access features can be tried in the pre-alpha.
It is the main operational interface planned for the initial alpha and is still being connected to the modules.
Government, Justice, elections and the other institutions will operate only once they have actually been activated.
The 3D spatial layer belongs to a later stage and is not presented as available today.
A public, navigable pre-alpha
Today Candeia is a project under construction, with a public portal, a proposed Constitution, Candeia OS in development, a testable account and demonstration flows in some areas. Many systems are still incomplete, disconnected or documented only.
An integrated, persistent digital life
The direction is to connect work, business, property, identity, services, community and institutions within the same ecosystem, with Candeia OS as the operational interface and, later, World 3D as the spatial layer.
Where the 10 audited components stand
This chart summarises the ten components already described in the GOV operational overview. It is not a project-completion percentage.
Why is there no ‘73% complete’? Because different areas mature at different rates. GOV.CANDEIA prefers to show stage and evidence by component rather than invent a single progress figure.
Two tracks, because product and institutions do not advance at the same pace
The milestones below show direction and dependencies. They are not promises of dates.
- NOWPre-alpha
Public portal, testable account, demonstrations and module development.
- NEXT MILESTONEInitial alpha · Candeia OS
The OS becomes the main home for functions that are ready to use, without depending on World 3D.
- LATERModule expansion and integration
More journeys begin to work end to end as infrastructure and rules mature.
- FUTURECandeia World 3D
The spatial layer expands presence, territory, logistics and other forms of digital activity.
- NOWProposed Constitution
The text is published as an internal reference, but has not been promulgated.
- NOWPre-Foundation
The project, documentation and pre-alpha may evolve before permanent institutions are installed.
- CONDITIONALFoundation / constitutional activation
This depends on meeting the internal requirements established for that transition.
- AFTER ACTIVATIONInstitutions and participation
Permanent functions, elections and their own responsibilities exist only once they have actually been activated.
What exists today
- Public portal: pages, documentation and navigation are available.
- Candeia account: the access flow is available for testing.
- CIC: a demonstration flow linked to the account, without operational civil issuance.
- Candeia OS: a pre-alpha experience in development.
- Constitution: the complete proposal is published for consultation.
What does not yet exist as a complete operation
- Internal currency and payments: the Escudo is not in circulation and there is no public Candeia system for deposits, conversion or withdrawals.
- Permanent Civil Registry: the architecture and demonstrations exist, but the official service has not yet been installed.
- Institutions, Justice and elections: they remain proposed or dependent on activation.
- End-to-end economy: work, market and business functions are still being connected.
- World 3D: belongs to a future stage.
Four rules prevent almost all confusion
A page may exist to explain a function that is not yet connected.
A test interface shows the flow; it does not turn the process into a permanent service.
Published constitutional architecture does not mean the institution is already operating.
A planned item describes direction. It receives a date only when there is a publishable, verifiable commitment.
