Work and economic autonomy
Working in Candeia means participating in productive activities, providing services, joining organisations or operating independently within the same ecosystem. Today the work layer is still under development; contracts, payments and disputes will produce internal effects only when the corresponding modules and rules are operational.

Candeia is already developing its economic layer, but the constitutional labour regime is still a proposal. Real relationships must be treated according to the facts, contracts and rules actually in force.
Rights, duties, records and review channels will operate through Candeia’s competent institutions and modules.
In brief
An economy that serves people
Wealth does not buy political power; enterprise, competition, decent work and autonomy form the economic axis.
Adaptable protections
Fair remuneration, safety, rest, equality, trade-union freedom, collective bargaining and protection against exploitation.
Digital, platform and self-employed
The law follows economic and functional reality without presuming a relationship that does not exist or tolerating fraud against rights.
Starting without a promise of profit
Initial access to means to produce is a floor of opportunity, not a guarantee of economic outcome.
How it works
Identify facts, direction, dependence, control, integration and actual risk.
Distinguish employment, independent work, cooperative work, platform work or another lawful form.
The person accesses it through Candeia OS; contracts, opportunities, payments and records reside in the competent modules of Sistema Candeia.
Errors in classification, remuneration or working conditions must have an effective review channel.
Limits and what this page does not do
- No contract or interface button can automatically turn subordinate work into “independent” work.
- The Constitution does not yet define a nominal wage, fixed working hours, a specific social-security benefit or a universal remuneration formula.
- Genuinely independent work should not be reclassified merely because there is partial economic dependence or use of a common platform.
- GOV does not hire, pay, dismiss, recognise an employment relationship or decide labour disputes.
For anyone who works or hires, the main question shifts from “what label is in the registration?” to “how does the relationship actually work?”. Rights and duties need to follow that reality, with public rules and the ability to challenge decisions.
