Sistema Candeia
GOV.CANDEIA explains Candeia and its institutional architecture. Sistema Candeia is the ecosystem and infrastructure connecting account, identity, work, market, territory, public life and services as each function becomes available. Candeia OS is the interface for accessing some of those functions, not a system separate from life in Candeia.

A gateway to life in Candeia
Sistema Candeia does not concentrate all authority in a single module. It is an integrated architecture of functions with their own competences. The experience may feel continuous to the user, but identity, Civil Registry, elections, Justice, property, payments and other functions retain their own authority, evidence, rules and controls.

Where Candeia OS fits into this architecture
Sistema Candeia is the infrastructure connecting modules, records and operations. Candeia OS is the operational interface through which a person accesses those functions when they are available. In pre-alpha, part of this experience is still demonstrative and does not record acts as though the entire system were already active.

Sharing navigation does not authorise one module to rewrite another module’s state.
No single point of existence
A portal, server, provider or isolated account cannot be the only way to reconstruct an essential function.
Reconstructible interface
Clients and presentation layers should be reconstructed from official records, not the other way round.
