operational truth
Demonstration × real operation
A screen can demonstrate how a process is intended to work without producing any legal effect. For an operation to be real, there must be a genuine connection to the competent service, a legal basis, a responsible authority, evidentiary records and official confirmation of the result.
Clearly marked demoNo fictional successEffect only through the competent source

The difference is not aesthetic — it is legal
What may exist now
- appearance, navigation and demonstration flow;
- explicitly fictional or demonstration data;
- local validation without official effect;
- routing prepared but not connected.
What must exist
- real session confirmed by the operational integration;
- real module available;
- valid authority and competence for the function;
- persistence, evidence, auditing and remedies where applicable.
