Three layers that may have different states
Portal and Candeia OS
They are ways to enter, navigate and consult. Interface unavailability does not automatically alter records or rights that exist in the responsible system.
Authentication
Account access can already be tested, but each service remains responsible for stating whether the corresponding operation is actually available.
Responsible service
A function produces its intended effect only when the responsible service is available and confirms the result.
