Candeia’s digital territory
The digital territory is the internal space in which Candeia organizes location, property, activity, services, circulation and coexistence. Sistema Candeia, the map and World 3D are the layers that implement or represent that space.

In brief
The proposed Constitution separates concepts that the visual experience tends to merge. Digital territory is the internal category defined by the constitutional proposal; Sistema Candeia is the infrastructure; SGDC organizes the project’s geospatial layer; and map/3D world are representations and interfaces.
Digital territory
Defines the internal space for relationships, services, property, circulation and coexistence.
Infrastructure
Runs modules and preserves reference data, but no single server defines the territory or internal rights.
SGDC and map
Locate, identify and represent units; rights and property remain defined by the competent records.
3D world
It will be the interactive spatial layer of the experience and may be replaced without extinguishing territory or rights.
What still exists if the graphics engine becomes unavailable?
They remain in the competent official record.
It does not disappear because a representation became unavailable.
It enters contingency, degraded mode, migration or reconstruction.
It can be rebuilt from official records and the spatial registry.
What “territory” means in Candeia today
The portal distinguishes Candeia’s internal space, the infrastructure that implements it, its representations and possible future integrations with the physical world.
