Current limits of the digital territory
This page shows where Candeia’s internal rules and representations end and where dependencies on providers, contracts, infrastructure and external law begin.

Where internal rules end
- servers and hosting remain technical infrastructure subject to the applicable rules;
- maps and 3D scenes represent Candeia’s internal space;
- digital addresses organize internal location and do not define physical or tax residence;
- digital districts and municipalities have a function only within Sistema Candeia;
- actions affecting people or physical assets depend on the applicable external mechanisms;
- acceptance by third parties must be described according to the real scope of each integration;
- internal identity and domicile do not replace external documents or records;
- technical control of an account or infrastructure does not extend internal competences outside the system.
What may already exist at this stage
Sistema Candeia may operate as a digital project; people may learn about, explore, work and participate through the modules that are actually available. GOV documents the proposed architecture and the stage of each function without anticipating what still depends on implementation or internal activation.
What works inside the system — and what depends on the external world
Digital legal and functional space, internal units, addresses and representations under the proposed order.
A map, server, office or external property remains subject to the rules and jurisdictions that actually apply.
Relationships with a substantial nexus may be governed internally, subject to constitutional limits.
Any effect on people or physical assets depends on the authorities, contracts and legal mechanisms that actually apply.
