The account organizes access, preferences and session state when real authentication exists, but it does not replace legal identity, citizenship, residence, property or any other civil status.

Organizes the entry point and user context without turning a cookie, token or device into civil identity.
A ban is not civil death
Loss of technical access cannot erase the person, assets, defence rights, citizenship or other rights that survive the channel.

Compromised credentials must be replaceable while preserving the same person and legal history.
