Production, transformation, work, property, logistics, markets, contracts and recovery appear in the documented economic structure with different levels of specification.
Work, production, business and markets within the same system.
Work, production, services, business, property and markets are all part of the same economic chain within Candeia.
Part of this structure is still under development today. In the long term, the goal is to allow legitimate activities carried out in Candeia to move real value through means that are legally compatible with the countries, providers and rules involved. This bridge is not yet operational, and there is no promise of income, conversion or withdrawal. You may participate in several ways over time; they are not classes.
The proposed initial access to means of production is intended to make it possible to begin autonomous productive activity. It does not guarantee profit, any specific economic outcome, income, appreciation or unlimited use of resources.
Produce with freedom, responsibility and a real ability to participate.
These principles belong to the proposed constitutional framework. They guide the architecture, but must not be presented as rights that are already enforceable while the Constitution remains unpromulgated.
Room to create economic activity and organise production within the proposed legal limits.
Work as a basis for economic participation, with protection against reducing a person to a mere input.
Markets need to remain contestable and resist abusive concentrations of economic power.
Owning, using and transferring assets comes together with duties, limits and the applicable legal regime.
The proposed constitutional architecture seeks to prevent participation from depending on already owning capital or assets.
Information, consent, contestability and redress qualify exchanges, offers and consumer relationships.
Recovering resources and reinserting materials into the chain is part of the proposed productive vision.
Many roles can coexist in the same person — and change over time.
They are not classes, levels or fixed professions. The names below summarise activities supported by the documented economic structure. Operational status continues to be determined by the competent system, not by these cards.

In the future, capital may be allocated to activities or instruments that actually exist within Candeia’s economy, under their own rules and with real risk. This economic function is separate from supporting the development of the project and does not imply return, appreciation or protection against loss.
Supported as a prospect; financial operation: conditional / unconfirmedView financial architecture →Activities can overlap without forming a “skill tree”.
The examples alongside show possible combinations among capabilities already described by the project; they do not define a mandatory career or promise advancement.
A skill can remain independent or be organised into an operation of its own.
A producer may also organise supply and delivery if the corresponding mechanics are available.
Assets can support activity; capital remains subject to risk and to activation of the financial layer.
See the economy as a network of relationships — without confusing proximity with a promise.
The central spine shows verified productive relationships. Nearby capabilities appear where they support documented activities; selecting a node reveals only confirmed direct connections.
The production chain appears in sequence, followed by supporting and coordinating capabilities. Select an activity to inspect its direct relationships. These relationships are documented in the project architecture; they do not indicate industry equivalence or probability of profit.
Refining, fleets, drones, economic assessment systems and specific chains remain outside the atlas until they have clear rules. Capital appears as conditional; a financial page does not prove operation, licensing or return.
From source material to recovery: what the chain actually documents.
This map separates what is already defined, what depends on the proposed Constitution and what still needs specification. No stage assigns revenue, quantity, time, yield, price or capacity that does not yet exist.
Production serves people and autonomy.
The proposed economic framework combines enterprise, dignified work, competition, responsible property, innovation and cooperation. It is a future constitutional principle, not a production recipe.
Public or common means do not mean a “public mine”.
The text proposes initial access to public or common means, or programmes capable of enabling a start. It does not identify mining or a publicly mineable area.
Circularity is a principle; recovery also exists in the project.
Durability, repairability, reuse and resource recovery belong to the proposed framework. The system already documents material recovery, but that does not make Art. 148 effective law.
Mining · transformation · production · recovery
These are relationships/mechanics found in the documented economic structure. “Documented” remains different from “active operational engine”.
Inventory · custody · maintenance
Inventory and maintenance appear in logistics; quantity, location and custody also appear in recovery. There are no detailed warehouse or maintenance subsystems.
Refining · specific public mining area
These details are not formalised in the documentation. Art. 136 cannot be used to fill the gap or to turn public/common means into a “public mine”.
Logistics can be an economic activity in its own right — or the layer that connects your own production to the market.
Explore logistics relationships documented by the project. Vehicles, fleets and specific equipment still await definition.
Logistics as a coordinated business
Route, inventory, vehicle, maintenance and coordination appear in the economic architecture. Contracts and markets make it possible to represent the contracting of a delivery without claiming that real transport is already operational.
Logistics integrated with production
The architecture already links production → logistics → market and treats delivery as a stage of the supply → payment/delivery → completion chain. Thus, delivering your own production is a conceptually supported scenario, not a simulation of a completed operation.
Digital logistics · internal effects
Routes, units, addresses, vehicles and deliveries organise relationships within the digital territory. Any physical or external effect depends on implementation and applicable rules.
A company may, in economic theory, specialise in coordinating the delivery of third-party goods. The documented structure supports logistics + contracting + delivery; it does not yet support an owned fleet, capacity, price, service level, drivable vehicle or operational dispatch.
Contract a delivery
A delivery contract can be explained as a combination of contract, market and delivery obligation. That does not mean the portal performs dispatch, tracking, payment or delivery confirmation.
Delivery is an explicit stage of the supply → payment/delivery → completion chain, and electronic contracts are part of the economic architecture.
There is no executable logistics module, route calculation, pricing, service level, vehicle, driver, tracking or proof of delivery.
What is already planned, what serves only as context and what still needs to be defined.
The table below separates what is already planned, what depends on future rules and what is not yet operational.
| Mechanic | Status | What it means | What it still does not mean |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deliveries | PLANNED | A stage of the market chain and a possible contractual obligation. | Actual dispatch, tracking, transport or confirmation. |
| Logistics | PLANNED | Route, inventory, vehicle, maintenance and coordination as economic architecture. | A complete logistics engine, pricing, capacity or service level. |
| Vehicle | PLANNED · DEPENDS ON OTHER SYSTEMS | An object mentioned in logistics and capable of being qualified by property/contracts. | A drivable vehicle, inventory, model, performance or vehicle market. |
| Maintenance | PLANNED · CONTEXT | A continuity requirement for production and logistics. | Workshop, parts, wear, price, time or repair revenue. |
| Fleet | NOT YET DEFINED | A future possibility, still without defined rules. | Aggregate capacity, fleet ownership, composition or operation. |
| Own vehicle production | NOT YET DEFINED | Production and logistics exist separately. | Production recipe, factory, vehicle class or manufacturing → own-use link. |
| Vehicle buying / selling / resale | PARTIAL · REQUIRES SPECIFIC SPECIFICATION | Buying and selling generally are reference relationships; a vehicle is a cited asset. | Vehicle market, automatic resale, depreciation or specific transfer rules. |
| Drones | NOT YET DEFINED | No specific economic rules have yet been defined. | Drone delivery, range, surveillance, licensing or performance. |
| Technological equipment | NOT YET DEFINED | Equipment may exist generically as property. | A technological-equipment subsystem, categories, manufacturing, market or productive effects. |
| Logistics 3D | NOT ADDED | No real 3D logistics/vehicle/drone visual asset was found. | A second 3D rendering, continuous loop or 3D visual that suggests a nonexistent mechanic. |
Digital territory: where this logistics exists conceptually
Proposed Art. 150 defines digital territory as a legal and functional space for activity, property, services and circulation. Maps, addresses and digital divisions describe this internal space and its records. Art. 151 keeps Candeia’s territorial units as exclusively digital divisions. Art. 152 separates digital address and location from physical residence, presence, possession or domicile.
3D: not applicable at this stage
There is not yet an official 3D representation of a vehicle, fleet, drone or technological logistics equipment at this stage. For that reason, this page does not present a 3D scene or treat as defined a visual object that the project has not yet specified.
Property organises space, responsibility and productive continuity — not merely a collection of real estate.
The proposed Constitution remains proposed and unpromulgated. This layer distinguishes constitutional design, what the project already documents and what the current state actually demonstrates.
Acquire, use, transfer and inherit
The right to property recognised by law includes digital assets. The same rule rejects possession of a key, digital wallet or token as an automatic substitute for title where an official register exists.
Assets can support activity
The constitutional framework permits acquisition, leasing, construction, financing, sale and judicial enforcement of additional assets, always according to law.
Registration is the legal layer
Where law gives a register constitutive or evidentiary effect, real rights are proved by the competent register. Technical control does not automatically rewrite ownership.
Digital remains digital
A digital lot, address, map, unit or establishment does not become physical real estate, sovereign territory, physical possession or physical domicile merely by appearing in Sistema Candeia.
A cadastral object + legally valid act + competent registration, where required, can produce legal status. The interface should only reflect that status.
3D rendering, possession of a key, token, local cache, an avatar standing inside the lot or clicking “buy” do not prove ownership or a completed transfer.
Digital lot or unit
Parcels and units are identifiable digital spatial objects. They may serve as a basis for property and economic use without being confused with physical land.
The digital-units page separates persistent identifier, versioned geometry and legal title; the economic map treats buying, selling and renting digital units as relationships planned in the project.
There is no operational electronic lot market, real-time availability, price, issued deed or transfer confirmed by the competent register in this version of the portal.
This diagram exists only to explain digital spatial relationships. It does not represent an available lot, price, actual neighbourhood, title, physical territory or official map.
Four things that must remain separate
The economy becomes easier to understand when “space”, “right”, “use” and “representation” are not treated as the same technical object.
Reference coverage without turning a legal possibility into an active service.
The status below distinguishes constitutional design, project specification and demonstrable functionality.
| Mechanic | Status | Safe support | Do not presume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Digital lot / unit | PLANNED | /en/property/parcels-and-units/ documents the unit, ID, geometry and separation of title. | Physical land, commercial availability or a right created by geometry. |
| Purchase / acquisition | PLANNED | Arts. 60 and 138 permit acquisition; the project classifies the purchase of lots/units as documented. | Closing of the purchase, price, settlement or acquisition completed in this portal. |
| Sale / transfer | PLANNED | Art. 60 protects transfer and Art. 138 permits sale. | transfer confirmed by the competent register merely through the interface or possession of a credential. |
| Lease | PLANNED | Art. 138 includes leasing of additional assets. | Active contract, rent charged, term, eviction or an implemented rental market. |
| Construction | PLANNED | Art. 138 includes construction; property pages separate object, geometry and title. | Construction editor, permit, cost, materials or executable building work. |
| Establishment | PLANNED · IDENTIFICATION | Art. 152 permits a persistent national identifier for property or an establishment. | Business licence, authorised activity, physical address or actual commercial operation. |
| Factory / workshop on a unit | STILL NEEDS DEFINITION | Production and property exist separately in the documented structure. | Lot → factory/workshop link, capacity, machines, productive zoning or revenue. |
| Financing | PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK | Art. 138 includes financing as a legal possibility. | Approved credit, licensed institution, rate, instalment or operational financial product. |
| Specific real security interest | NOT SPECIFIED | Financing exists in the framework; examples of credit appear in planned layers. | Mortgage, pledge, priority, enforcement or encumbrance automatically available. |
| Succession / inheritance | PLANNED | Art. 60 protects inheritance; /en/property/succession-and-digital-assets/ documents digital assets in succession. | Completed estate administration, recognised heir or ownership change through access to a key. |
| Registry consultation | INTERFACE AVAILABLE · IN PREPARATION | The consultation and registration pages already exist in GOV and route to the corresponding module. | Consultation of a connected official database, valid certificate or real-time registry status. |
| 3D rendering | INTERFACE ≠ TITLE | The page on the 3D world and registration explains the separation between the spatial client and the registry source. | Property merely because it is visible, occupied, loaded or controlled in the 3D client. |
| Key / digital wallet / token | TECHNICAL CONTROL ≠ PROPERTY | Arts. 60 and 146 reject automatic equivalence between technical control and legal title. | Legal transfer through mere possession, theft or loss of a credential. |
Territory and address: economic property remains digital
Arts. 150–152 separate digital territory, internal units, location and address from any physical inference. Even an establishment with a persistent identifier remains a digital entity unless and until there is a specific external legal and territorial basis for something physical.
Spatial visualisation: 2D is sufficient at this stage
No new 3D was added. The current version already contains visual resources and pages explaining 3D world × registration, but the purpose of this section is to distinguish object, right and use. A static/interactive 2D diagram is clearer, lighter and does not create the false impression that an electronic market, construction or 3D occupation is operational.
The economy happens between people, contracts and organisations — not between universal scores.
The proposed Constitution remains proposed and unpromulgated. This layer organises work, hiring, autonomy, companies, representation, suppliers, clients and disputes without confusing interface with legal act or completed operation.
Future rights and limits
Arts. 35–36, 54, 62, 135, 139 and 162 structure dignity, equality, work, contracts, enterprise and companies. The text has proposed / not promulgated status.
Pages and relationships already documented
Work, opportunities, contracts, companies, representatives and disputes have their own areas in the current version. That organises information, but does not prove hiring, registration or an actual decision.
GOV guides; the competent source confirms
The portal provides navigation, search and routing. A click may route to Candeia OS and to the competent Sistema Candeia module, but it does not create employment, a company, authority to represent, payment or judgment.
NOT YET DEFINED
The project contemplates labour and business reputation, but does not yet define a complete mechanic. For now, this page presents only safeguards and limits; there is no defined score.
Roles are combinable, not castes. The same person may work, provide services independently, undertake business, buy, supply or represent an organisation at different times. None of these roles increases or reduces their legal worth.
Enterprise
Lawful professional, productive and business activity is free under the proposed design, subject only to objective, public and proportionate requirements where law requires them.
Art. 135 · proposed, not promulgatedLegal form
An operation may remain autonomous or adopt a legal entity form when an applicable regime and register exist. A profile, brand, account or digital wallet does not become a company by appearance.
Companies · operational registration not yet demonstratedRepresentation
Acting on behalf of a company requires powers verifiable in the competent source. Account access, a displayed title or an interface button is not enough to create authority.
/en/companies/representatives/ · authority must be verifiableRelationships
Contracts connect company, worker, independent professional, supplier and client. Disputes preserve evidence, contestability and review instead of erasing the relationship through an interface action.
Art. 62 + contracts and disputes pagesReputation can be contextual. A person cannot be reduced to a score.
Because labour and business reputation has not yet been fully defined, there are no stars, global average, level, ranking or persistent score. The page presents minimum requirements for any future design.
No single value should aggregate employment, consumption, opinion, identity, civic participation, private behaviour and business relationships in order to rank people or determine their general access to society.
What changes depending on how reputation is used?
Choose a scenario. The panel classifies the legal/editorial boundary without assigning anyone a score.
A contextual history of a specific relationship is a possible future design, but the mechanic is not yet settled. There is no defined scale, star system, formula or automatic effect.
Event-linked criteria, right of response, correction, contestability, data minimisation, fraud prevention and retention rules.
It cannot be silently aggregated into a universal score or carried into other contexts without its own basis and purpose.
| Relationship / mechanism | Current status | Source | What cannot be stated |
|---|---|---|---|
| Work | PLANNED | Work and opportunities pages + proposed Art. 139. | A vacancy, hiring, employment relationship, salary or actual payment merely because the interface exists. |
| Hire | PLANNED · NOT YET OPERATIONAL | Opportunities, contracts and work architecture already documented. | That publishing or clicking, by itself, completed hiring or determined the nature of the work relationship. |
| Operate autonomously | PROPOSED CONSTITUTION + PLANNED | Arts. 135 and 139 + economic autonomy pages. | That “independent” in the interface neutralises actual subordination or applicable rights. |
| Create a company | PROPOSED ARCHITECTURE · DOCUMENTED | /en/companies/ + Arts. 135 and 162. | Active business registration, externally recognised legal personality or a company incorporated by click. |
| Represent a company | PLANNED | /en/companies/representatives/ and the business page require verifiable authority. | Authority through username, visual title, possession of a credential or technical access. |
| Supplier / client | PLANNED RELATIONSHIP | Contracts, consumer, market and the business chain already use these roles. | Universal supplier/client registration, global reputation or an obligation without the corresponding contract/source. |
| Contracts | ART. 62 · PROPOSED | /en/economy/contracts/ + Art. 62. | Technical execution as legal title; presumed consent; contract completed by GOV. |
| Disputes | DESTINATION / GUIDANCE | /en/economy/work/disputes/ and Justice pages. | That GOV adjudicates, approves settlements, recognises employment status, applies sanctions or ends a dispute. |
| Worker reputation | NOT YET DEFINED | Current economic documentation; the labour evaluation system has not yet been conclusively defined. | Stars, score, formula, ranking, portability, contractual effect or automatic exclusion. |
| Business reputation | NOT YET DEFINED | Current economic documentation; there is not yet a defined business evaluation system. | Universal company score, official seal, ranking, blocklist or automatic market impact. |
When automation begins to affect economic access
If a score, ranking, matching process or automated rule qualifies as a high-impact system — especially when used by the State or an operator of a public function, or when a technical decision produces a materially equivalent effect on economic access — the relevant constitutional safeguards in the proposed text apply.
- sufficient information about data, purpose and material factors;
- correction of inaccuracies and effective contestability;
- effective review by a competent authority where required;
- recordkeeping, impact assessment, audit and audit logs according to risk;
- prevention of discrimination, data minimisation and proportionality;
- suspension/limitation where residual risk is not constitutionally acceptable.
Dignity and equality are the floor, not a multiplier
Arts. 35–36 prevent economic usefulness, calculated reputation or organisational position from defining anyone’s legal worth. Art. 54 protects trade-union organisation and strikes; Art. 139 requires the labour regime to follow the economic and functional reality.
Supply and demand can meet in several ways. A market is not synonymous with an exchange — and matching is not settlement.
This layer connects buying, selling, contracts, payment, inventory and delivery only to the extent already supported by the project. It does not display fictional prices, volume, bid-ask spread, depth or liquidity.
Market as exchange infrastructure
The Public Market is already described as a project product/infrastructure for discovery, contracting and negotiation. Its existence does not create a constitutional institution.
Public market ≠ exchange automatically
The category depends on the actual function. If a module performs regulated financial activity, applicable licensing and supervision apply; the interface name does not decide that question.
Matching ≠ settlement
Finding a counterparty or forming a price condition does not automatically transfer title, prove payment or discharge an obligation.
Consumer, competition and finality
Arts. 62, 144, 147, 149 and 289-G provide the future framework; they remain unpromulgated and do not activate a State service by themselves.
Explanatory flow, not completion of a purchase. The stages show dependencies among relationships already described by the project. No click in this diagram creates an order, contract, payment, delivery, transfer or settlement.
Not every exchange requires an order book.
Select a way for supply and demand to meet. The panel explains the mechanism without inventing a price or suggesting that Candeia has already chosen a single model for all markets.
There are no numbers, price candles, volume, bid-ask spread, depth, “last price” or liquidity. When a real value exists, it must come from the competent operational source and be labelled with source and time.
Posted price / direct offer
The seller posts a price condition and the interested party decides whether to accept, reject or proceed to another form of negotiation. This is a market without requiring exchange architecture.
The object and commercial terms are presented in an identifiable form.
The interested party evaluates the condition and decides whether to proceed.
Even where price is agreed, contract, payment, delivery and transfer remain separate stages.
Code may execute; law qualifies
Proposed Art. 62 permits electronic form and automation while preserving consent, information, evidence, good faith and mandatory rules. Technical execution does not become legal title by shortcut.
Balance, custody and deposit are not the same thing
Arts. 144 and 147 require distinguishing the legal nature of value and address protection of client assets and insolvency. The interface cannot advertise protection that does not exist.
Price and wealth do not buy political power
Proposed Art. 149 prevents wealth, investment or financing from generating a vote, veto or public competence and requires remedies against capture with due process.
Commerce explained without promoting an interface into a real transaction.
The status column distinguishes documented relationship, context, future architecture and gaps that still need a source.
| Mechanic | Current status | Support found | Cannot be stated |
|---|---|---|---|
| Purchase | PLANNED RELATIONSHIP | Market, contracts, consumer and property pages describe acquisition of goods/services and assets where applicable. | An accepted order, charge, acquisition or title completed in GOV. |
| Sale | PLANNED RELATIONSHIP | /en/economy/market/ and the economic chain use supply, buying and selling; property also contemplates transfer. | A real listing, price, buyer, receipt of funds or transfer confirmed by the competent register. |
| Resale | PARTIAL · REQUIRES SPECIFIC SPECIFICATION | There are specific references to resale in some goods contexts; no closed general-purpose resale subsystem was found. | A universal resale rule, margin, depreciation, fee, eligibility or automatic secondary market. |
| Orders / instructions | CONCEPT PRESENT · IMPLEMENTATION NOT DEMONSTRATED | The Market page mentions an order book and matching as possible mechanisms for negotiation/price formation. | A live order book, price-time priority, order types, depth, execution or real cancellation. |
| Price formation | EXPLAINABLE · NO REAL DATA | Supply/demand and matching appear in the market architecture. | Current price, official reference, volume, bid-ask spread, volatility, liquidity or universal pricing algorithm. |
| Inventory | PLANNED · CONTEXT | The material and logistics documentation record inventory, quantity, location and custody as economic context. | WMS, warehouse, unit reservation, available inventory, capacity or automatic decrement. |
| Delivery | PLANNED | The logistics chain and the Market page treat delivery as a possible stage of the obligation. | Dispatch, tracking, confirmation, deadline, service level, carrier or a delivery that actually occurred. |
| Contracts | PLANNED + PROPOSED ART. 62 | /en/economy/contracts/ documents electronic contracts and separates automation from legal validity. | Completed contract, valid signature, enforceable obligation or legal decision by clicking in GOV. |
| Payments | FUTURE ARCHITECTURE / OPERATION NOT DEMONSTRATED | /en/payments/ and /en/payments/settlement/ explain instruction, validation, clearing, reconciliation and finality. | Operational CE$, real balance, processed payment, convertibility or final settlement in this version of the portal. |
| Consumer protection | PROPOSED CONSTITUTION + GUIDANCE | /en/economy/consumer-protection/ and Art. 144 describe information, contestability and correct characterisation of the product/value. | A filed complaint, granted remedy, installed authority or outcome guaranteed by GOV. |
When does a transaction really end?
Commercial stages can end at different moments. Economic agreement, contract formation, payment, delivery and transfer of title do not need to coincide technically.
- Matching identifies compatibility or a counterparty; it is not settlement.
- Payment may involve instruction, validation, clearing and reconciliation before finality.
- Finality, where applicable, depends on the status confirmed by the competent source and the legal moment defined by the competent rule.
- Supplier failure does not authorise erasing obligations or rewriting a validly final settlement.
Constitutional anchors for this layer
These are references in the proposed Constitution, not current services. They constrain contracts and markets, protect consumers, address insolvency, preserve democracy against economic power and define future competences for payments/settlement.
An interface can display value. Its legal nature depends on the real instrument — and no financial category comes into existence merely because there is a button.
This layer separates currency, payment balance, deposit, custody, credit, investment, securities, equity interests and digital assets without inventing price, return, liquidity, issuance and circulation model or convertibility.
CE$ is the planned unit, not an operational issuance
Arts. 284–284-C define the name, symbol, internal code and anchor; ADCT 29 conditions first circulation on institutional and operational readiness.
A screen label does not change the legal category
Art. 144 and Art. 284-C require distinguishing deposits, payment balances, custody, credit, investment and other relationships according to their actual substance.
Regulated perimeter ≠ active exchange
Art. 289-A permits brokers, exchanges, platforms, custodians and intermediaries under licence; the project does not demonstrate a licensed exchange or live share trading.
NOT LAUNCHED · UNDER REASSESSMENT
Pulso remains unlaunched and under reassessment: there is no official issuance, total supply, price, market or promise of convertibility.
What exactly is being shown?
Select a category. The panel uses the terminology of the project documentation and current status without promoting a design intention into an existing financial product.
Value reference, acquisition and conversion are different things.
The sequence below is conceptual. It does not represent available foreign exchange or an existing balance.
Candeian Escudo and internal code; CDE is not an officially assigned ISO 4217 code.
Constitutional reference for value and stability; not an individual redemption right.
Art. 284-C: acquiring CE$ with external currency does not turn the relationship into a deposit or investment.
Rights depend on a real legal and operational channel, counterparty, contract and valid conditions.
The infrastructure must be ready before circulation.
Future promulgation would likewise not automatically create convertibility or a licence. The proposed Constitution requires specific readiness conditions.
- Central Bank installed, governance, controls, security and issuance policy;
- APRF and licensing regime before deposit-taking, payment services, custody, regulated credit or intermediation;
- segregation/safeguarding, reconciliation, continuity and restitution tested before custody/payments;
- no technical operator may informally fill a missing licence, guarantee or competence.
A financial market may exist within a regulated perimeter.
Art. 289-A provides that real activities may fall under licensing and supervision according to function and risk.
- brokers and dealers;
- exchanges and trading platforms;
- custodians of money, securities and digital assets;
- payment institutions, credit providers and other covered intermediaries.
There is no demonstrated operational stock exchange.
Recognising the regulatory category does not confirm a project economic mechanic.
- no demonstrated licensed exchange or authorised operator;
- no conclusively documented share issuance, classes, cap table or prospectus;
- no live order book, price, volume, bid-ask spread or liquidity;
- no demonstrated matching or settlement of equity interests;
- “shares / tradable equity interest” remains NOT YET DEFINED when treated as a specific project mechanic.
Pulso remains unlaunched and under reassessment.
Pulso remains under reassessment. Today there is no officially issued Pulso asset, market or promise of convertibility. “Cryptography” is technology; it is not evidence of cryptocurrency.
Points still undefined
A legal category can exist without an active product, institution or operation.
The table below shows only what can safely be stated at the current stage.
| Layer / instrument | Safe status | Support found | Cannot be stated |
|---|---|---|---|
| Candeian Escudo · CE$ | PROPOSED CONSTITUTION · DEPENDS ON ADCT CONDITIONS | Arts. 284–284-C and ADCT 29 define the unit, reference and activation requirements. | Operational issuance, current circulation, external recognition, redemption or convertibility. |
| Payment balance | LEGAL CATEGORY · OPERATION NOT DEMONSTRATED | Arts. 144, 284-C and 289-A distinguish a protected payment balance from a deposit and other relationships. | Real balance, licensed payment institution, State guarantee or deposit coverage. |
| Bank deposit | FUTURE REGULATED ACTIVITY | Art. 289-A reserves professional deposit-taking to an authorised institution; ADCT 29 requires readiness. | Licensed bank, accepted deposit, active deposit protection or existing repayable liability. |
| Custody | FUTURE REGULATED ACTIVITY | Art. 289-A includes custodians; ADCT 29 requires tested segregation, reconciliation, continuity and restitution. | Active custodian, real segregated asset, asset under custody or proof of ownership through technical control. |
| Credit | POLICY UNDER SPECIFICATION | /en/economy/credit-and-banking/ exists and the constitutional perimeter permits professional credit subject to supervision according to risk. | Available loan, rate, limit, score, approval, granted financing or yield to the creditor. |
| Investment | CATEGORY · PRODUCT NOT CONFIRMED | Arts. 144 and 284-C treat investment as a distinct category. | Investment product, return on investment, yield, profitability, appreciation, guarantee or redemption. |
| Security | ABSTRACT REGULATORY PERIMETER | Art. 289-A recognises custody of securities and regulable platforms/intermediaries. | Issuance, public offering, listing, prospectus, trading or current value of a specific security. |
| Shares / tradable equity interest | NOT YET DEFINED | How the economy connects above + Art. 289-A as an abstract category; there is no settled tradable-equity mechanic. | Share classes, cap table, issuance, dividends, matching, price, exchange or settlement of equity interests. |
| Exchange / trading platform | PLANNED · NOT OPERATIONAL | Art. 289-A permits the activity under licence; /en/economy/market/ distinguishes the market for goods/services from financial infrastructure. | Licensed exchange, trading session, market data, liquidity or live intermediary. |
| Digital asset / “crypto” | LEGAL CATEGORY ≠ CRYPTOCURRENCY | Arts. 2, 34 and 289-A recognise digital assets in the abstract. | Token, monetary blockchain, total supply, staking rewards, exchange platform, stablecoin, price or alternative official currency. |
| Pulso | NOT LAUNCHED · UNDER REASSESSMENT | /en/economy/pulso/ is a project-specific source and states that there is no official issuance. | total supply, price, market, convertibility, issuance and circulation model, return on investment, yield or promise of appreciation. |
| Payments / settlement | FUTURE ARCHITECTURE · OPERATION NOT DEMONSTRATED | Art. 289-G and the /en/payments/ and /en/payments/settlement/ pages separate instruction, clearing, reconciliation and finality. | Processed payment, moved balance or final settlement merely through the interface. |
No invented return on investment, yield or profitability
There is no rate, annual yield, dividend or income, projection, “expected gain” or economic promise without its own product and reference source.
No fictional price, appreciation or liquidity
No asset is given a quote, market value, price candle, bid-ask spread, volume or demonstrative liquidity that could appear to be real data.
No promise of external redemption
The SDR anchor does not create an automatic right to receive SDR, dollars, euros or the asset used to acquire CE$.
No total supply, staking rewards, asset burning or Pulso issuance
A regulable digital asset does not create a token. The documentary void remains empty until a reference decision is made.
No active exchange by inference
An order book, matching or public market does not, by appearance, amount to a licensed securities exchange.
No State protection by nomenclature
Deposit, payment balance, custody, credit and investment have distinct regimes; nonexistent protection cannot be advertised as guaranteed.
The financial map ends at the official source.
GOV.CANDEIA can explain categories, requirements, status and paths. Individual operations, if and when they exist, belong to Sistema Candeia and to the competent institution/register.
- an interface balance does not create money or a deposit;
- a key does not create legal ownership or custody;
- matching does not create settlement;
- a financial interface does not create a licence, product or operation.
Constitutional anchors · proposed / not promulgated text
The monetary and financial layer appears here as future design, not as a licence or current service. ADCT 29 is the decisive activation condition.
Build an operation from capabilities and relationships — without turning possible paths into a recipe for success.
This guide connects only activities already planned in the project or in the proposed constitutional architecture. It does not recommend a strategy, calculate return or assign nonexistent cost, price, capacity, time or demand.
The map comes from the preceding layers
Production, purchasing, work, hiring, property, leasing, logistics, contracts, markets, payments and delivery appear only to the extent already planned.
No path is marked as better
The portal does not know enough about costs, margins, capacity, time, real inventory, price or liquidity to recommend a strategy.
Planning does not execute the operation
Selecting a chain here does not create a company, purchase, contract, payment, title, job, dispatch or delivery in the current state of the system.
What do you want to organise?
Choose an activity and follow only the connections already planned. The result is a conceptual map, not a financial plan or market simulation.
Operation relationships
Review the capabilities of the scenario and selected choices. Other documented relationships can be expanded below. Highlighting indicates selection without representing value, volume, importance or return.
Choices that the documented structure allows you to separate
The options below describe possible architectures. There is no score, recommendation, relative cost or “optimal route”.
The logistics layer can represent integrated or contracted logistics, but the current documentation makes clear that an owned fleet, quantity, capacity, drivable vehicle, cost and dispatch have not yet been specified.
Mining, transformation/production and recovery are already planned; refining still depends on its own definition. The guide does not treat that gap as an existing function.
Production + commerce, with no additional decisions yet
Select the relevant branches. The map will connect capabilities without assigning advantage, cost or probability of success.
The visual component is prepared only when the section approaches the visible area.
The visualisation updates only when there is interaction or a relevant change.
The visual layer was kept lightweight and without continuous activity.
The visualisation is decorative; decisions, chain, sources and limits remain readable and operable without it.
Material production and service provision share a foundation: resources, people, property, contracts and demand.
The page avoids equating “planned in the economy” with “executable”. Each chain describes relationships planned in the project or proposed Constitution.
From resource to a good in circulation
- Origin and inputs. The project plans the creation and acquisition of materials in its architecture; mining is a planned system mechanic, not a constitutional rule.
- Transformation. Production/transformation alters assets; recipes, machine capacity and times have not yet been demonstrated in the current state of the system.
- Property and custody. Who owns, maintains or transfers an asset depends on the legal regime and competent registers.
- Logistics and market. The good needs to be located, offered, transported or delivered in order to reach another need.
- Recovery. Circularity can reinsert resources and history into the production chain.
From capability to delivered service
- Need. A person, company or operation needs a capability that it does not have internally.
- Discovery and proposal. Work and markets can bring together those offering capability and those needing it.
- Contract. Scope, consent, evidence and responsibilities turn intent into obligation.
- Execution. Work converts time, knowledge and tools into a verifiable result.
- Remuneration and contestability. The architecture provides for remuneration and means of dispute; real payments depend on the responsible layer and corresponding readiness.
Production is not a button. It is a network of complementary capabilities.
These five elements explain why the economy is presented as a productive and institutional system — not as a promise of gain.
Work
Converts time, skill, coordination and knowledge into productive activity and services.
Project: PLANNEDProperty
Organises access to and responsibility for spaces, equipment, units and other assets that support activity.
Project + proposed ConstitutionContracts
Connect autonomy, obligations, evidence, execution and dispute without assuming that signing an interface produced a real legal effect.
Project: PLANNEDLogistics
Route, inventory, vehicle, maintenance and timing connect production and delivery in the current economic structure.
Project: PLANNEDCapital
Credit, intermediation and insurance can expand capacity, but depend on regulatory perimeter and future activation.
Status: PLANNED / conditionalThe same economic term can have three different states.
The criterion of truth is always the competent source. Below, “active” means demonstrable in the current state — not “there is a page about it”.
What is already planned
Relationships and mechanics planned in the project or in an approved specification.
- Production / manufacturing and transformation.
- Work and hiring.
- Property and digital units.
- Market, delivery and logistics.
- Recovery and operational circularity of the project.
What the proposed Constitution designs
Future rights, limits and competences; it is not a list of mechanics or proof of a current service.
- Enterprise and productive activity.
- Work and private autonomy.
- Property and contracts.
- Consumer and competition.
- Circularity and conditional financial perimeter.
What works in pre-alpha
Only functions that are actually usable in pre-alpha may be called operational.
- Interactive economic map on the Home page.
- Routing GOV → Candeia OS → competent module.
- Operational integration not yet connected.
- No confirmed end-to-end economic transaction.
- No payment, contract or title completed merely by the presence of an interface.
| Layer / topic | Status | What is already defined | What must not be presumed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Production, transformation and recovery | PLANNED | They exist as relationships and mechanics planned by the project. | That there is an executable production engine or a complete factory recipe in this portal. |
| Work, hiring, property, market and logistics | PLANNED | They form an economic chain connected to dedicated pages in the portal. | That the presence of the page completes hiring, transfer, delivery or registration. |
| Constitutional economic principles | PROPOSED | The proposed Constitution designs the future framework for enterprise, work, competition, consumers, property, means of production and circularity. | Current force, enforceability or an already established State service. |
| CE$, payments and settlement | PLANNED | There is constitutional/project architecture conditional on installation, controls and readiness. | Operational currency, convertibility, real payment or final settlement. |
| Credit, banks, insurance and financial markets | PLANNED | They are future layers subject to regulation, licensing and supervision where applicable. | An incorporated bank, licensed exchange, financial custody or live trading. |
| Economic map and GOV → System routing | INTERFACE AVAILABLE | The interface and routing experience exists. | That the official source performed any economic operation. |
GOV.CANDEIA explains. Sistema Candeia executes only what its official source actually supports.
When a future action requires payment, registration, contract, transfer, decision or another economic operation, the public portal must function as guidance and routing. The result exists only when the competent module confirms the status established by the competent source.
Refining, fleets, drones, technological equipment as an economic subsystem and specific assessment systems still need definition before being treated as established mechanics.
From the economic overview to the competent sources.
The overview describes relationships. The pages below go deeper into specific parts of the economy.
