Pulso — experimental economic concept
Pulso is an experimental economic concept that has not been adopted as an operational part of Candeia’s economy. It is not currency, a balance, a public security or an investment, and it has no official supply, price or market.
What this page can state
Economic-design hypothesis
The project may study an asset, incentive mechanism or internal unit separate from the public currency, provided that its nature is defined before any use.
Parallel currency or state asset
There is no basis for presenting Pulso as the Escudo, a reserve, public security, protected balance, guaranteed investment or claim against the Central Bank or Treasury.
Before any possible activation
Define why the asset exists and what economic problem it addresses.
Distinguish rewards, credit, tradable assets, internal utility and financial instruments.
Define who creates it, under what conditions and with what limits.
Address manipulation, information, custody, risk and user protection.
Confirm that the design neither confuses nor replaces CE$ and does not create financial authority through an interface.
The digital environment’s economy is not public finance
Incentive mechanics, items, production or markets in the digital environment may form part of Candeia’s economic experience. That does not turn those elements into sovereign currency, tax revenue, Central Bank reserves, Treasury assets or national statistics.
