It begins years before the current institutional architecture, passes through the idea of an economic simulation based on production and digital mining, and reaches the proposal for a persistent digital life with Sistema Candeia, a constitution under development and a public portal.
The idea that would become Candeia began years earlier as an economic simulation based on production and digital mining. Over time, the question stopped being merely how to simulate an economy and became how to connect work, business, property, community and institutions within a persistent digital life. That evolution is part of the project’s real history.
The integrated platform came to be treated as the project’s institutional infrastructure, separate from the public portal and from the official records of each function.
The consolidated 2026 constitutional edition sets out the future architecture and remains explicitly unpromulgated until the Founding process is actually completed.
The portal brings together explanations, documentation and public discovery while preserving the distinction between what already exists in the project and what depends on the future establishment of institutions.
If Founding occurs through the prescribed procedures, elections, laws, decisions, crises, public works, culture and everyday life will become part of a real and verifiable institutional memory within Candeia.
The construction phase can and should be documented, but development events must not be narrated as though they were acts of a State that had already been founded.
