Official Gazette
Under the proposed constitutional design, the Official Gazette is the official repository for laws, decrees and acts whose publication is a condition of legal effect. GOV may locate and present these records, but it does not replace the authentic normative source.
Current limit. The Candeia OS Official Gazette module exists only as a demonstration interface. No law, decree or act becomes legally effective merely because it appears in this portal.

The portal does not fabricate edition numbers, acts, signatures, dates or authorities. When the Gazette becomes operational, this area must display records derived directly from the responsible official source.
Reference basis
This page explains the architecture contemplated by Candeia’s proposed Constitution. The unpromulgated text remains the project’s legal reference; the existence of a screen in Sistema Candeia does not create competence, a decision or an official act.
