The public archive duty includes preserving content, provenance, integrity, legibility and verifiability over time, even when formats, providers or authentication mechanisms change.
Current limit. The permanent National Archive is not yet established. The corresponding Candeia OS module is a demonstration interface and does not constitute official archival custody.

No official archival catalogue published
No historical document is presented as officially held without a real provenance chain. The portal’s own content remains project content, not part of the National Archive’s constitutional collection.
