Candeia flag
The flag is one of the most recognisable images of the Candeia project. This page documents its current variants while making the legal limit clear: the design exists; a post-Foundation state act adopting it does not yet exist.

A composition designed to remain recognisable
The visual system uses deep blue, ivory and burgundy, with the central heraldry as an identity element. The horizontal, vertical and monochrome versions preserve the same visual core without requiring a single material application.

What must remain verifiable
A public flag needs an identifiable reference version and coherent rules of use so that contradictory variants do not emerge.
Avoid distortion, cropping or recolouring that changes the identity.
Distinguish project material, civic use and any future legal adoption.
A design change must preserve a record of the previous version and the reason for the change.
