Constitutional technical office
Any future office of Founding Architect is not a political leadership role. It is a personal constitutional exception linked to the national function of Architecture and Technological Continuity, activatable only through the specific constituent ratification provided for in the ADCT.

In brief
The national architecture function exists to conceive, operate, evolve and preserve the Sistema Candeia. The Constitution separates this function from legislative, public-policy executive, judicial, electoral, monetary and civil competences. The first personal office-holder may exercise the exceptional office of Founding Architect only if the constituent ratification provided for in the ADCT occurs.
How the office begins — and how it ends
The constituent process must specifically activate the office.
Technical competence within legal parameters and independent controls.
Legally established death, resignation, permanent functional incapacity or removal on exceptionally serious grounds.
The personal position is not filled again; the function passes to the Council.
Structural limit
No law, contract, will, company, appointment or succession may create a second Founding Architect or transmit the personal position. Subsequent permanent technical offices follow merit and equal access.
