Non-heredity of public power
The constitutional rule is deliberately anti-dynastic: no person receives state authority through kinship, inheritance, shareholding, control of a provider or a position in a patrimonial vehicle.

What happens upon definitive cessation
The personal exception ends. The position of Founding Architect is not filled by another person. The permanent public competences pass automatically, without interruption and without depending on the consent of an heir, provider or proprietary holder, to the National Council for Technological Continuity.
Property may follow one line; public power follows another
| Event | Possible proprietary effect | Public effect |
|---|---|---|
| Death / succession | Transfer of valid private rights under applicable law. | Competences pass to the Council; no heir occupies the office. |
| Holding company / trust / private foundation | May organise ownership and management of property. | Does not create a seat, veto, political vote or reserved appointment. |
| Dominant provider | May hold a contract or private rights. | Does not designate a successor and does not turn technical dependency into veto power. |
| Kinship | May give rise to succession rights under applicable law. | Does not create a presumption of qualification for the Council or another office. |
The constitutional objective
Preserve continuity without creating a dynasty: the Republic must maintain sufficient documentation, code, rights of use, contingency keys, recovery environments, trained personnel and institutional knowledge to operate indefinitely without personal dependence on the Founder.
