Patrimonial succession
The Constitution does not prohibit succession to validly constituted private rights. It only prevents patrimonial succession from being used as a bridge to transmit public competence or recreate rights that have already expired.

What succession actually carries forward
Proprietary rights may pass through succession, a family structure, holding company, private foundation, trust or equivalent instrument where permitted by applicable law. The successor receives the same limits, calculation bases, termination events, defences and conditions that bound the predecessor.
The founding economic block
Corporate instruments may preserve economic unity, corporate voting rights and anti-dilution rules within a private entity. That does not represent an equity interest in the Republic, the Treasury or national sovereignty.
Succession under legal control
The State respects validly constituted successions, but may still submit fraud, sham arrangements, title, contractual validity and third-party rights to judicial review. Succession does not expand what the predecessor actually owned.
