This page explains the pathways through which Candeian nationality — and with it citizen status — is intended to be acquired at a future stage. In pre-alpha, there is no open application or active acquisition flow.

Today there is no legitimate button capable of “creating citizenship” on GOV. The portal shows the intended pathways and routes to Candeia OS, linked to the competent Sistema Candeia module, only when a real process is available.

After the Foundation
After the Founding, Candeian nationality may be acquired through the constitutional and legal pathways actually activated, producing citizen status under the Constitution. Each process will have its responsible official record in Sistema Candeia and the competent institutions.
