Register of automated systems
High-impact automated systems require sufficient public documentation so that society can know who is responsible, the purpose for which the system is used, which data and risks matter, and where a challenge can be brought.
Current limit. The Data Protection and Digital Rights Authority has not yet been established. There is no official register of high-impact systems in operation; Candeia OS contains only related demonstration interfaces.
What the register needs to explain
Protected detail may remain reserved where necessary, but that does not eliminate the complete record before competent authorities.
Registration does not replace assessment and oversight
The register of high-impact systems has not yet begun as a State operation
This page does not turn experimental project components into active government systems. Public records should appear only when there is verifiable authority, legal basis, version and real use.
Reference basis
This page explains the architecture contemplated by Candeia's proposed constitutional framework. The unpromulgated text remains the project's legal reference; the existence of a screen in Sistema Candeia does not create authority, a decision or an official act.
