This page preserves the limits envisaged for any future expulsion of a non-citizen resident, with effects exclusively internal to digital-residence status. No such procedure is active in pre-alpha.
In summary
The essentials
Expulsion requires an individual reasoned decision, a legal ground, defence and independent review. It cannot occur because of ordinary private debt, political criticism, the exercise of a right or discrimination; collective expulsion is prohibited.

Even after Foundation, any loss of residence or access restriction remains limited to Candeia's digital order and depends on a valid rule, an individual decision, defence and the possibility of review.
What the measure may and may not do

- Alter internal residence status.
- Restrict access to non-essential environments or services to the extent permitted by law.
- Produce individualised effects after defence and review.
It may not
- Authorise detention, deportation or physical removal in the real world.
- Turn an access restriction into a power of physical coercion.
- Automatically confiscate property.
- Apply collective expulsion without individual examination.
