The constitutional proposal describes a possible founding link for a future constituent stage. That process is not open in pre-alpha and this page does not function as an application.

ScopePublic information
In summary
The essentials
The Transitional Constitutional Provisions require an individually identifiable human person, uniqueness, a minimum age of 18 on the constitutionally relevant date, a personal request and free and informed accession. They also require temporal stability of the link, without allowing citizenship to be bought through investment, consumption or proximity to the Founder.
Two legal stages
Pre-Foundation × post-Foundation
A
Before Foundation
Today, the constitutional proposal describes the mechanism, but GOV does not declare a real founding-registration process open merely because this page exists. Registration may occur only within a real constituent process, with the Charter, application window, authority and controls actually activated.
D
After Foundation
On Foundation Day, if all constituent requirements are satisfied and the Constitution is promulgated, a validly established founding link may convert into internal citizenship under the ratified text.
What the Transitional Constitutional Provisions require
Real person and sufficient identity Identification must be proportionate and inclusive.
One person, one registration An additional account, persona or avatar does not multiply founding identity or voting power.
18 years old Age is assessed by reference to the date initially published for the start of the constituent election.
Personal request Entry depends on an expression of intent by the person themself within the published window.
Free and informed accession A person may support, criticise or vote against the Constitution; joining the process does not mean supporting the text or the Founder.
Stable link The constitutional proposal provides for at least 30 days between a minimally complete initial request and final confirmation, with the initial window open for at least 90 consecutive days.
