Conhecer o Candeia OSEntrar para acessarVer status do projetoThe internal validity of a document does not require another State, bank, platform, court, airline or private entity to accept it. Every external effect requires a real basis and real acceptance.

The editorial rule is simple: Candeia claims only an effect it can demonstrate. A technical integration may mean interoperability; commercial acceptance may mean contractual use; neither should be inflated into state, migration or diplomatic recognition.
Acceptance for one purpose does not extend to every other purpose.
It is necessary to identify who accepts it and with what authority or capacity.
The applicable law, contract, decision, agreement or policy must be identified distinctly.
Acceptance may be temporary, suspended or conditional.
One successful case does not become a general obligation for third parties.
The portal must record status and limits without misleading sovereign-state marketing.
If an external counterparty accepts a particular document, GOV must describe the exact purpose, scope and conditions. Acceptance of one document will not be extended to border control, banking, diplomacy or any other unverified context.

“This external verifier accepts this credential to confirm age” is different from “this document is internationally recognised”. “A company accepts this certificate” is different from governmental recognition. “A State recognises Candeia”, if that ever occurs, would still not automatically mean acceptance of a passport, visa, banking document or diplomatic privilege.
