Candeia’s architecture separates internal rules from integrations with providers and third parties. Technical cooperation, commercial acceptance or use of a document may exist for a specific purpose without automatically expanding its scope.
External integrations must respect people, security, contracts, cooperation and the law actually applicable to each relationship.
Each acceptance, registration, agreement or form of cooperation must be described according to its actual counterparty, basis, scope, conditions and duration.
A private, technical or sector-specific acceptance applies only to the purpose, counterparty and conditions that actually exist.
Candeia should assert an effect outside the system only when there is sufficient basis, a counterparty and sufficient conditions. The constitutional proposal separates internal rules, negotiation, approval and proof of the scope actually obtained.
