Judicial events and assets
Freezing, adjudication, restitution, expropriation, recognition of ownership and other patrimonial decisions require a legal basis, proceedings and a verifiable registry event — not manual editing of the 3D world.

A decision is not a graphics command
A judgment may recognise, restrict, transfer or order protection of a right within legal limits. Technical execution must record the legal origin of the event and update the competent source; it cannot turn administrative privileges into judicial power.
Preserve without finally deciding
Temporary measures must have an appropriate legal basis, scope and review.
Determine the legal effect
Recognition of ownership or another material effect depends on the competent court where the law reserves the matter to the judiciary.
Implement and preserve the chain
The responsible module records the event and retains sufficient provenance for audit.
Reflect, do not decide
Maps and 3D receive the resulting state; they are not where the judgment originates.
