Labour disputes
Disputes about employment status, remuneration, conditions, classification or rights cannot be resolved by a simple ban, contractual label or opaque platform decision. GOV explains the available pathways; conciliation, administrative proceedings and Candeia Justice will operate only when the corresponding mechanisms are active. Real-world matters remain subject to the applicable law and competent authorities.

This page explains how labour conflicts should be handled, but there is no real dispute protocol or decision here.
Evidence, deadlines, appeals and decisions will be recorded in the competent module, with due process and review.
In brief
The name of the contract does not decide the issue on its own
Direction, dependency, control, integration and actual risk matter.
Preserve the real relationship
Contracts, versions, deliverables, payments and communications may be relevant.
Be heard and receive a reasoned decision
An adverse measure must respect competent authority and avenues of review.
Correct a material error
Where a failure is systemic, correction should not depend on thousands of identical appeals once the common issue has already been demonstrated.
How it works
Classification, payment, condition, safety or collective right.
Gather relevant documents and records without excessive collection.
Negotiation, administration or Justice as provided by law.
Redress and correction take place in the responsible system, not in GOV text.
Limits and what this page does not do
- GOV does not declare an employment relationship, calculate compensation, approve settlements or issue judgments.
- An account ban or moderation action does not replace resolution of an employment relationship.
- Trade secrets cannot make a high-impact decision impossible to challenge before a competent reviewer.
If a platform classifies you in a particular way, that does not end the legal question. The relationship must be capable of examination based on the facts, with appropriate process and review.
