Property registry certificates
A certificate is a verifiable representation of facts in the registry at a given point in time. It does not silently replace the registry source or turn a PDF or QR code into an owner.

How to read a certificate
Unambiguous registry/cadastral ID.
The certificate describes a state located at a particular point in time.
A signature, seal or cryptographic digest (hash) is technical evidence, not an autonomous source of rights.
Revocation, rectification or a later event may change the current situation.
The certificate needs to point back to the source
The value of a certificate does not come from the design of the PDF, the visual seal or an isolated printed code. It comes from its verifiable relationship with the competent registry.
