Budget and fiscal transparency
The public budget brings together political decision-making, technical execution, independent fiscal analysis and external audit. This structure makes it possible to understand and scrutinise revenue, expenditure, debt, risks and obligations.
Current limit. There is no permanent annual budget currently in force and no official amounts are published on this page. The visualisation below is the institutional model that should receive real data when an official source exists.

Art. 260; 294-A/BPerforms external audit of public resources, assets, contracts and financial effects.
Art. 259Understandable, comparable and auditable
No official numerical dashboard at this stage
No GDP, revenue, expenditure, debt, balance, execution or projection is invented. When official data exist, every value must identify the period, source, version and link to the source document.
Reference basis
This page explains the architecture contemplated by Candeia's proposed constitutional framework. The unpromulgated text remains the project's legal reference; the existence of a screen in Sistema Candeia does not create authority, a decision or an official act.
