Candeia’s Justice system is provided for in the Constitutional Proposal and has not yet been established. This page explains the architecture and safeguards without presenting courts, judges or proceedings as already existing.
A person must be able to seek Justice even without normal system access, with a disability, with language difficulty or during a technical failure. The channel may change; the right to seek relief does not.
Barriers the State must address
The Constitution requires alternative channels, assisted formats, interpretation, assistive technology and appropriate procedural accommodations. Support cannot replace the person’s will or their right to be heard.
Access is also collective and systemic
When the same failure affects many people, Justice may use collective relief, a test case, systemic correction or simplified settlement instead of forcing thousands of people to repeat the same action.
Urgent relief does not disappear during an outage
Urgent remedies provided for by the constitutional proposal must remain accessible even in an emergency. Within Candeia, this means preserving contingency channels so that failure of a court, identity system or communication channel does not eliminate urgent relief; situations involving real-world deprivation of liberty belong to the competent real-world authorities and courts.
The role of this page
GOV explains access rights and points to the correct module. It does not assign a case, grant fee waivers, appoint a public defender or issue a decision.
