The Assembly has not yet been established and there are no real representatives, bills or parliamentary votes currently in progress.
Once the Assembly is established following valid elections, it may legislate on Candeia’s internal affairs, approve the budget and oversee the Government.
A Parliament designed to be verifiable
The constitutional proposal provides for a unicameral National Assembly representative of the citizens. Its number of seats is not fixed for momentary political convenience: it must be calculated by a public formula in an organic law, always as an odd number between 9 and 301, taking into account the citizen population, pluralism, proportionality and institutional efficiency.

Current parliamentary activity
The portal does not create representatives, parties, bills, a President of the Bureau, committees or votes merely to look like a functioning State. When such facts exist, each must come from a verifiable official and historical source.
What the Assembly will do
Pass ordinary laws and organic laws with the correct constitutional quorum.
Exercise political oversight of the Government, request information and conduct inquiries.
Examine revenue, expenditure, risks, debt, guarantees and multi-year planning.
Choose the Prime Minister through the parliamentary process and control confidence in the Government.
Main basis: Arts. 186–204.
